Concierge/front desk (Long Branch, New Jersey)

We are looking to add a Superintendent position to our team. The position's primary responsibility will be to oversee commercial interior and exterior remodel projects from pre-construction phase through to final completion. The projects are commercial retail stores located throughout the San Diego Area. This position requires a flexible schedule, including mornings and nights, as work hours will vary depending on the job needs. Requirements and responsibilities include, (but are not limited to): -Oversee project site construction work. -Assist in construction work whenever needed. -Maintain tight construction schedules. -Ensure a high level of quality control is maintained. -Maintain security and safety protocols. -Must be able to coordinate and update the Project Manager on a daily basis. -Must have good verbal and electronic communication and record keeping skills. -Must be proficient in the ability to read drawings and associated construction documents. We are seeking a reliable and safety-minded Warehouse Freight Staff member to join our Freight Department. Responsibilities: • Safely load and unload granite, stone, and quartz slabs from trucks and containers. • Pull slabs from warehouse racks and move to designated loading areas using cranes. • Verify quantity and quality of incoming and outgoing orders. • Pack and load delivery frames with jobs scheduled for delivery. • Offload slab deliveries; label materials with job numbers and record storage locations. • Consolidate slabs on inside racks to maximize storage and safety. • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided). • Complete daily forklift inspections. • Assist with inventory of slab racks and remnants. • Maintain a clean and safe warehouse, including clearing shop entrances, carts, trash, and hoppers. • Deliver and pick up materials as assigned, moving company trucks as needed. • Support company goals, policies, and safety standards. Qualifications: • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. • Strong work ethic, reliability, and accountability. • Commitment to safety and quality customer service. • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. daily and perform labor-intensive tasks. • Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required). • Prior warehouse, freight handling, or forklift experience preferred, but not required.
