Experience in migration to Cloud Developer Job Duties - Participates in ETL Design of new or changing mappings and workflows with the team and prepares technical specifications. - Creates ETL Mappings, Mapplets, Workflows, Worklets using Informatica PowerCenter 10.x and prepare corresponding documentation. - Designs and builds integrations supporting standard data warehousing objects (type-2 dimensions, aggregations, star schema, etc.). - Performs source system analysis as required. - Works with DBAs and Data Architects to plan and implement appropriate data partitioning strategy in Enterprise Data Warehouse. - Implements versioning of the ETL repository and supporting code as necessary. - Develops stored procedures, database triggers and SQL queries where needed. - Implements best practices and tunes SQL code for optimization. - Loads data from SF Power Exchange to MongoDB database using Informatica. - Works with XML's, XML parser, Java and HTTP transformation within Informatica. - Works with Informatica Data Quality (Analyst and Developer) - Primary skill is Informatica PowerCenter - 5-7 years of experience. Collaborate with project managers and field teams to align estimates with actual site conditions and execution plans. Participate in pre-bid walkthroughs and site evaluations as needed. Support procurement efforts by recommending vendors and subcontractors based on estimate data. Ability to work independently and manage multiple estimates simultaneously. Clear and professional communication with internal teams and external partners. Requirements Minimum of 2 years recent experience in commercial construction estimating. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction documents across multiple trades. Familiarity with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, ProEst, PlanSwift, or similar). Experience with Procore or other project management platforms. OSHA 30, LEED, and PMP certifications are a plus. Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data and formulas. Position Summary: Provide technical design, consultation, information and assistance to internal and external customers under direct supervision to insure that project complies with all engineering standards. The designer will work under the supervision of more senior engineers. Work will be completed in concert with the stated project requirements, all current codes, as well as Prime Electric Engineering Standards. Applicant will be responsible for designing, developing and producing permit and construction documents for electrical systems.
