Job Duties ·        Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports ·        Design detailed test cases based on software requirements and specifications to ensure comprehensive coverage ·        Perform manual and automated tests, using various tools and techniques to verify software functionality ·        Identify, document, and report software defects, including severity, priority, and steps to reproduce ·        Analyze test results to assess quality, identify areas for improvement, and determine if the software meets requirements ·        Communicate test results, findings, and recommendations to development teams and other stakeholders, and collaborate on defect resolution ·        Creating and maintaining test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports ·        Participate in project planning, estimation, and scheduling. ·        Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.   Preferred Qualifications ·        Five (5) years of experience with QA testing and script writing. ·        Good understanding of the system test life cycle, review process, and test case documentation. ·        Ability to thoroughly document and troubleshoot errors. ·        Well versed with Agile, Scrum, waterfall methodologies. ·        Good team and critical thinking skills. ·        Keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. ·        Strong organizational skills. ·        Intermediate level knowledge of MS Excel and ServiceNow.

Knowledge of the programming language Python highly preferred. Knowledge of programming languages, such as JavaScript or HTML5 is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a desire to interact with clients and agency staff. Excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast paced, high-pressure, challenging work environment.
