Primary tasks: -- Glassing Molds -- Assembling Blanks -- Cutting Blanks Occasional Additional tasks: -- Prepping Blanks For Paint -- Assisting Senior Staff On Misc Production Tasks Starting rate is $16/hr with a 30 day evaluation period. Raise is possible at the 90 day review dependent on ability to comprehend and complete our process and techniques. Most employees are up to $17/hr at the 90 day mark. We do have an incentive program that rewards the team for high performance increasing hourly rate by up to $3/hr. Employees may be eligible after 90 days. Hand eye coordination is necessary for pneumatic tool use. Knowing your fish specie is not required but is highly preferred. Medical Insurance 50% copay available after 6 months.
