Law Offices of Fred F. Mashian is seeking an A-player to join our team. We are seeking a proactive, organized, and community-driven Marketing Specialist to support our in-office marketing operations. Daily duties will include outreach to referral sources and collaborating with our attorney team to improve client retention and create unique solutions to build on our existing marketing structure. The candidate must be a detail-oriented strategic thinker that thrives working independently and has exceptional written, verbal, as well as internet and research skills. -- About Law Offices of Fred F. Key Responsibilities • In conjunction with the team, develop and support marketing and business development plans for the firm • Support short-and-long-term strategic marketing plans and tactics that result in measurable growth of business for the firm, with emphasis on retention of and outreach to existing clients, as well as cultivation of new referral sources for the firm • Identify practice group targets/prospects and support programs, events, media marketing opportunities, etc., to drive revenue • Integrate and improve existing marketing and client data analysis into a cohesive strategy for outreach • Coordinate and leverage activities with the business development efforts of attorneys and team members within the firm Qualifications • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and time-management ability • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team • Following training, excellent technology skills with Microsoft Office and Lawmatics • Bachelor's degree preferred, with emphasis in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field a plus How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume, a cover letter detailing their relevant experience, and references to fred@mashiangroup.com with the subject line "Marketing / Client Services Specialist Application."
