Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaning Technician to join our team at Coastal Shine Exteriors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and clarity of windows in various environments, meeting our high standards of serviiuce. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team. Duties • Perform thorough window cleaning in assigned areas, including residential and commercial properties. • Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively to ensure streak-free results. • Inspect windows for damage or issues and report any maintenance needs to the supervisor promptly. • Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain consistency in service. • Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment. • Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with clients and team members.
