Communicate the status of repairs and provide updates regarding additional work, timelines, and customer requests. Foster a team-oriented environment by sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA and hazardous waste management. Use appropriate personal protective equipment and adhere to shop safety standards. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an automotive technician, with a preference for experience working on European vehicles. Tools: Must have own tools required for the role. Certifications (not required, but a plus) Experience with automotive diagnostic software and electrical/mechanical troubleshooting is highly desirable. Skills & Abilities: Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to multi-task and adapt to varying job assignments and schedules. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Additional Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
