Lead finish Carpenter for residential and commercial Pay DOE

General Contractor looking to fill several skilled finish carpenter/fixture installer positions. The right individual must have their own tools, current clean CDL, a reliable truck and smart phone. We are looking for someone with prior skills in the field of commercial finish carpentry and fixture installation. The right candidate will be proficient in doors and hardware, wood trim, base, and paneling, and installation of retail fixtures, gondolas, cash wraps and restroom fixtures. Extra skills that are no required but encouraged are minor plumbing and electrical, concrete, drywall, painting, flooring and tile work. Good communication with foreman, superintendents and project mangers and client is essential to the job. Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and any potential risks or delays. Implement construction estimating techniques to prepare accurate cost projections for materials, labor, and equipment. Ensure all documentation is maintained accurately throughout the project lifecycle for compliance purposes. Being comfortable with social media and content creation Budgeting and understanding of job costing Use of excel sheets and construction software program for project management Experience Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry. Proficiency in using construction management software such as JobTread, BuilderTrend, ProCore or any thing equivalent Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies with a focus on effective scheduling techniques. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment. Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
