Requirements To be successful in this role, you’ll need a strong foundation in cloud platforms and support, combined with excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. Experience supporting and managing cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Strong understanding of cloud-based services (e.g., compute, networking, storage, security). Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, virtual machines, containers, and container orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with cloud automation tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). Ability to troubleshoot cloud network and infrastructure issues with a strong focus on scalability and performance. Experience with logging and monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus). Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments, including IAM, encryption, and compliance standards.
