Role Description: This is a full-time role for a Group Home Resident Manager based in Portland, OR. The Group Home Resident Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the group home, providing support and supervision to residents, managing staff schedules, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. Additional responsibilities include coordinating resident activities, managing the home’s budget, and handling any emergencies or issues that arise. The ideal fit would have a passion for injury recovery and chronic pain management, and have a firm to deep, flowing style of treatment. While we are a treatment-focused clinic, we are dedicated to making pain management feel like a luxury. We have a good mix of regular clients doing maintenance and new clients looking to break the pain cycle. We offer 60, 90, and 120-minute sessions, as well as cupping, hot towels, arnica/willow balm add-ons, hot stone, gua sha, and prenatal.
