Our menu is basic and very easy to learn. We’re looking for someone who is easy to work with and can communicate with their coworkers. We have a lot of fun but work hard keeping our customers happy. Women encouraged to apply. $17.50 an hour free shift meal We also provide sick pay Requirements Must be available weekends. Every weekend Legally be able to work Teachable-experience is great but you need to be able to take direction with out getting your feelings hurt In control of emotions. Anger is an emotion. Have reliable transportation Clean Be on time every shift. Especially if you’re opening. Be looking for long term employment Be a self manager. We don’t like micro managing Must be over 18 We have so much fun and have a great laid back work environment. What You'll Do As a Freight Farmer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Freight Farm container farms. This is a hands-on role where you will be directly involved in all stages of the growing process, from seeding to harvest. Your responsibilities will include: Planting and harvesting: Seeding, transplanting, and harvesting a variety of leafy greens, herbs, and other crops. Data logging: Recording important growing data, including pH, EC (electrical conductivity), and temperature. Packaging: Preparing and packaging fresh produce for delivery to our local partners and customers. We value individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Key qualifications: Experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person. Ability to work independently and as part of a small team. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
