About the Position Perform preventative and routine maintenance on both gas and propane forklifts, loaders, and other various equipment Recognize, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical defects Conduct safety inspections of equipment and maintain maintenance records Perform duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations There is occasional heavy lifting and working in both hot and cold environments Work may consist of day and evening hours, with some overtime and weekend work during busy production times Qualifications Working knowledge of both gasoline and diesel engines, equipment hydraulics, and electrical systems preferred Preference given to applicants with fabrication and metal work experience Proven prior experience working on various machines including the above-mentioned equipment All applicants must be at least 18 years of age Why Join Our Team? Shipping & Receiving Operations Manage daily shipping volumes averaging 4 local trucks and 2–5 common carrier loads (53’ trailers, box trucks, or live loads). Coordinate both millworks put away, pulling, and loading to align with production and shipping schedules. Verify, sign off, and take full accountability for all outbound loads—ensuring accuracy, completeness, and readiness for shipment. Confirm that all materials are labeled correctly, damage-free, and meet customer specifications before leaving the facility. Cross-Department Collaboration Partner with Production, QC, and Warehouse teams to resolve material discrepancies before shipment. Maintain alignment with company chain-of-custody and tracking systems to support material accuracy and traceability. Safety & Compliance Enforce strict compliance with company SOPs for safety, quality, and documentation. Promote and maintain a clean, organized, and safe dock environment. Act as a role model for proper material handling and safety practices. Qualifications Required Bilingual: English/Spanish proficiency (verbal and written). 3+ years of leadership experience in dock, warehouse, or shipping/receiving within manufacturing, millwork, or distribution. Strong knowledge of shipping logistics (local deliveries and common carrier freight). Proven ability to manage a team, delegate effectively, and enforce accountability. High attention to detail with verification, labeling, and material handling. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on, production-driven environment. Preferred Familiarity with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Experience with Agility ERP (a plus). We have positions for Electrical Machine Assemblers. Our machines are large but also include many smaller complex sub-assemblies. We are looking for people with electrical experience to wire up and test our machinery. We are willing to train people with little experience and have electrical know-how. Duties include pulling cable/wiring, making terminations accurately, testing & troubleshooting errors, ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, proficient with hand tools. Bending conduit is not a needed skill. The scope of work is industrial machinery, so some residential experience can be helpful but not necessary.
