Job Description: Service Manager / Assistant Service manager At World Class Auto Repair we take pride in delivering top-quality automotive service with honesty, integrity, and a customer-first approach. We are seeking a professional Automotive Service Manager / Service Advisor to be the trusted link between our customers and technicians. Position Top pay for experienced professional Overview: As a Service Manager you will greet customers, listen to their concerns, and translate their needs into clear work orders for our technicians. You’ll ensure every customer leaves with confidence in the safety, reliability, and performance of their vehicle. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for customer service. Key Responsibilities: Inspect vehicle and refer to service history to accurately identify and verify customer’s service needs.  Promote the sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by thoroughly understanding the product and associated service requirements.  Provide accurate cost and time of completion estimates for the services recommended, communicate and get proper authorization from customers. Check on progress of services to vehicles throughout the day and contact customer to communicate and receive approval regarding any changes in the cost-estimate, promised time of delivery or recommended services. Inspect vehicles prior to each customer delivery to ensure vehicles services and/or repairs are performed correctly and communicate the results with the customer. Job Requirement: Previous experience as a service Manager or Assistant Manager. Strong communication and sales skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills. Excellent knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance Ability to work well in a process driven environment and with a dedicated team.
