Auto Technician/Mechanic - Commission + Base Pay $37.75 - $50+ hourly (Lake Orion)

Commission up to 15% of our hourly labor rate based on experience, certifications, and productivity. Leadership Role: You’ll set the pace, mentor junior techs, and help shape shop processes. Flexible Schedule: 4×10 shifts available — 3 days off weekly. Tool Allowance: Annual stipend, unused balance paid as a bonus at year-end. Paid Time Off & Paid Training to keep you sharp. Strong leadership skills — able to mentor and manage other technicians. State certifications required. Master-level diagnostic, repair, and problem-solving skills. Experience with fleet service is a plus. Own tools and keep them in excellent working order. Comfortable using advanced scan tools and shop management software (TekMetric experience a plus).
