Personnel are part of the team for the grounds & buildings. Keeping a friendly, clean & safe environment for our residents is our top priority. This role includes: snow removal & light grounds keeping. Knowledge of general maintenance including plumbing, carpentry & light electrical. Painting drywall repairs. Completing work orders in a timely manner. Preparing apartments for turnover. Assisting with the pool in the summer. Rotating on-call for after hour & emergency calls. 8 hour day shift. Monday - Friday. Must have valid driver's license & own reliable transportation. Benefits after 90 evaluation.

We are looking for independent contractors with experience installing residential garage doors. We service the Metro Detroit and Livonia area, providing new garage doors and openers from various manufacturers. A majority of the work we perform is residential but we do commercial work as well. On top of new installations, we also service existing doors. Our ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, timely, and will stand behind their work.
