Warehouse duties include loading, unloading, and sorting of packages of various sizes. Part time Federal Express Corporation (FEC) employees work one shift a day; full time Federal Express Corporation (FEC) employees work two shifts. Shift lengths vary based on package volume generally part time employees work between 3 and 6 hours a day. Full time employees can expect to work between 6 and 10 hours. We are a family-owned one hundred+ person residential design-build firm that has been in the business for over thirty years specializing in high quality custom remodels and new homes. We have our own fully equipped cabinet shop where we make custom cabinetry for our clients. Responsibilities: This role will work under the direction of shop staff – cabinet makers and Shop Lead. Primary duties include all basic elements of cabinet making plus fit and assemble face frames, fit doors and drawer fronts, install specialty runners and pin hinges, install cabinets on-site, build solid wood tops, corbels and brackets, build basic furniture. This role also oversees cabinet maker 3s for quality, can be the point person on small cabinet projects, and may create parts and cut lists and execute through completion. General field carpentry is also possible. Ability to train others is preferred. We seek: A candidate that has had 5 years of cabinet making under their belt. The candidate must be able to respond to a timeline or schedule, is self-motivated and takes initiative. Is a quick learner when it comes to cabinet shop methods and quality standards, using shop tools and equipment safely, and reading a plan set. The candidate must be a good problem solver and can work well with others.
