Local Lift Station Service Provider looking for experienced lift station technicians Seeking candidates with experience in: -Controls -Pumps -Motors -Valves Responsibilities: Provides service, maintenance, installations, inspections to lift stations and related appurtenances. • Performs and assists in preventative maintenance and repairs. • Assists in the maintenance of instrumentation devices such as remote telemetry units (RTU), flow meters, level control devices, and gauges. • Assists in repairing and replacing electrical panels, fuses, switches, and wiring at lift stations. • Assists in troubleshooting issues that may arise in a lift station, including, but not limited to pumps, control devices, piping, valving, electrical, etc.. • Maintains tools, vehicles, and equipment assigned to employee by their supervisors. • Maintains all yards, landscaping, and fences within lift stations parameters. • Responds timely to requests and work orders to ensure proper completion of wastewater and lift station repairs and maintenance. Follows safe working practices and has a working knowledge of safety practices and procedures. • Performs after-hours/on-call rotation to respond to emergency repairs. Our nanny is heading back to school full time this semester, so we are looking for a responsible young adult to help us manage our house and pick up out kids (girl and boy, 7 and 8) at 2pm on the weekdays and help facilitate their afternoons of sports and other activities. Would also look for heavy house help to keep us organized and running smoothly. This could include cleaning, cooking, doing the kids launry, changing sheets, organizing, grocery shopping, restocking the house and more. We do have weekly house cleaners so we don't expect heavy cleaning, but more tidying. Would also love to have some night time and weekend babysitter as well in case we are traveling. We have local family as well, grandparents that are super helpful and could balance helping the with the kids during the week. We also have two other families would 7 cousins in total that that all use some help, so we could provide additional hours during the week as needed.

This position requires proficiency in operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts to move materials, load/unload shipments, and support inventory operations efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities: Operate sit-down forklifts for pallet transport and dock work. Operate stand-up reach trucks/order pickers for high-shelf inventory access and warehouse racking. Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers. Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately per customer and internal requirements. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
