Job Description • Customer service representative working in a call center environment • Handling inbound calls and some follow up calls • Answers calls and questions on prior authorization, general questions and some confidential information • Great customer service with high level of attention to detail. Entering information accurately • Measured on Quality and Accuracy might range from 50-100 calls a day depending on complexity. • Utilize multiple systems and programs to track information and update communication with customers Additional Skills & Qualifications • 1 year of call center within recent employment • Tenure of 1 year in jobs Candidates must have the following • At least a year of high-volume call center experience in last 2-3 years • Typing at least 30wpm • Computer knowledge and skills

Due to growth of our business, OneTouchPoint’s Tempe location has an opening for a detail-oriented individual to join our Client Services team. For this position the individual will be onsite at our Client’s location 3-4 days a week and the balance at OTP. Description of Opening: Under the direction of the Client Account Manager the Client Services Specialist will be the liaison between the customer, sales, and all production areas. The individual will communicate both the customer instructions and requirements of each job to all production areas. Essential duties include: • Enter clear and understandable job tickets into production software and coordinate internal job flow process for approvals. • Partner with internal departments to understand printing needs of all jobs so those requirements can be communicated to the appropriate external vendors. • Work closely with internal teams to review or confirm information on external vendors production plans. • Follow jobs and orders through the entire production process and communicate directly with sales and clients on a daily basis. • Help manage inventory levels for clients. • Participate in the process billing. • Requires the ability to obtain a full working knowledge of internal software system. We are looking for an energetic person that is detail oriented, organized, capable of multi-tasking and is able to handle a fast paced environment. Commercial printing experience is preferred. Individual must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Outlook, Excel and Word. Hours are 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM. Individual must be able to sit and/or stand for at least 8 hours and must be able to occasionally lift up to 25lbs. Occasional overtime required and salary will be based on experience.
