Chef team specializing in Vegan food is looking to hire experienced lead line cooks and prep cooks for a cloud kitchen operation.

Available Positions:
⢠Line Cook, Lead Line cook â Prepare, cook, and cool food according to recipes and production guidelines. Delegate tasks and organize recipe production daily. Tasting for consistency
⢠Prep Cooks â Wash, chop, weigh, and prepare ingredients to support kitchen operations.
Responsibilities:
⢠Execute food preparation and plating with accuracy and efficiency.
⢠Maintain high cleanliness and sanitation standards.
⢠Follow food safety guidelines and kitchen protocols.
⢠Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet production goals.
⢠Maintain a fast and organized workflow, especially under pressure.
Requirements:
⢠You have legal working status
â You would be available to work from 8am-3 pm.
â Prep Cooks & Line Cooks: 3+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen or vegetarian food setting.
â All positions:
- Strong understanding of food safety, cleanliness, and health regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Full-time availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills for recipe and production tracking.
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred.
- Ability to work with a team with kindness and flexibility.
đ Location: South Beach (Alton Rd and 10th St-- facility moving to Hialeah in November/ December, so having a car is a bonus)
đ° Compensation: Hourly rate (TBD, based on experience and role, $18-22/hour , 4-5 days per week, 35-40 hours)
