Operating a 22" planetary grinder and 7" hand-held cup wheel for prep and edge work Properly treating cracks, divots, and repairs before coating Scraping/vacuuming flakes and assisting with topcoat application General jobsite and shop support (loading materials, cleanup, etc.) Qualifications: Experience in coatings, flooring, or construction trades a plus (will train the right person) Able to lift 30+ lbs and work on your feet.
