As an AI Engineer, you’ll design, develop, validate, and deploy AI systems used in real-world clinical settings. This hybrid/remote position offers a flexible work environment, competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 along with stock options and generous benefits, including paid time off. EnsoTherapy - AI-Powered PAP Therapy Adherence Support Requirements Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on ML experience, ideally in regulated or safety-critical domains. Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and modern data science methods. Proficiency with physiological signals, time series, or sensor data. Strong coding skills in Python, as well as proficiency with ML/DL libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. Experience with medical data (imaging, physiological, EHR) a plus. Experience with addressing model interpretability, bias, and real-world deployment challenges. Familiarity with SaMD regulatory frameworks (FDA 510(k), MDSAP, ISO 13485) a plus. Startup mindset: adaptable, resourceful, comfortable with autonomy, and impact-driven. Education and Experience B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Ph.D. a plus).
