We are looking for long or short term commitment to cleaning residences, vacation rentals, and supporting families. Currently we are looking for team members who are happy to drive to Asheville and surrounding areas. To work successfully with TKH you will need: Great attention to detail Mindful, heart centered communication skills To find true joy in tidy and clean spaces To be confident in your cleaning skills A desire to support and nurture others Positive attitude Some weekend availability (with plenty of notice!) The details: Starting pay is $17.50/hour+TIPS (pay averages 20-25/hr with tips) for proven, efficient, precise homemakers. Possible higher start rate if at least 1 year experience with residential service. Supervisor and administrative position opportunities possible in time. We offer paid personal days*, year end bonus, mileage reimbursement on some bookings, incentive programs such as weekly bonuses, and personal growth systems e.g. workshops, spa treatments, self care practices, gift cards. All benefits are available after 3 months. *personal days start at 1 personal day year 1, 3 personal days year 2-3, 5 personal days year 4+. We service the greater Asheville area.
