This is not a desk job. You will be meeting homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients, walking job sites, and closing deals. Qualifications • Previous experience in construction sales, solar, roofing, windows, or home improvement preferred. • Strong communication and closing skills – confident in face-to-face presentations. • Self-motivated and driven by commission income. • Must have reliable transportation and a professional appearance. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required.
