Lolas Dispensary and Vape is hiring for all store locations. Waynesville, Sylva, Bryson City and Franklin, NC. We start at $15 an hour and you receive 2% commission after training. Experienced Managers start at $40k plus commission. HOW MUCH CAN YOU EARN IN COMMISSION ? $500-$600 @ month! We are flexible with shifts, but not flexible with no-show staff. You have to be at work when you say you can work. We may be able to accommodate short shifts as little as 4 hours. We can accommodate people wishing to work as little as one shift a week. Answer these questions in your reply to this request: Do you have retail experience? Are you able to show up and work on days you choose? Can you be nice to customers, even when you're in a bad mood? Sales and Leasing  Assist Broker with all aspects of both residential and commercial sales and leasing.  Upload property sale and lease listing into MLS, Loopnet, and other online platforms.  Coordinate premarket property preparation for Broker’s sales and leases including repairs, renovations, photographer, staging, etc.  Coordinate with our contracted transaction coordinator to manage sales files.  Contact and follow up with leasing and sales leads and prospects.
