Any losses due to incorrect information provided by you will be borne by you. 3. Hotels offer various room types, such as King/Queen size bed or Double bed rooms. Each room accommodates 2 to 4 guests, including adults and children. Some hotels require each group to present a credit or debit card usable at the destination for deposit and check-in procedures. Deposits will be refunded within 7–14 business days after checkout if no incidental charges occur. We guarantee room quantity but cannot guarantee specific room type or location. Check-in time is typically after 15:00. 4. Guests must purchase tickets from the tour guide; self-brought tickets or City Passes are not accepted. Failure to notify us may result in fines or violations for which guests are responsible. If no safety seat is needed on the day, the fee will be refunded. 9. Without prior notice, we cannot guarantee wheelchair-accessible buses or suitable seating. 10. To ensure a smooth and complete tour, guests must strictly adhere to the guide’s assembly times. Buses will depart promptly 10 minutes after the scheduled time and will not wait. 12. For operational convenience, we reserve the right to transfer passengers from one vehicle to another during the trip and assign different guides and drivers. 13. The following suggestions will help expedite check-in: bring valid photo ID; present printed or electronic copy of itinerary. 14. This is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group mid-tour, inform the guide in advance and sign a release form. Remaining uncompleted portions will be considered waived with no refund. 15. Complimentary items included in the itinerary will not be refunded if unavailable due to force majeure (e.g., weather, transportation) or personal reasons. Your understanding is appreciated. 16. Under U.S. federal law, smoking is strictly prohibited on tour vehicles. Most hotel rooms are also non-smoking. Hotel staff are professionally trained to detect smoking, and evidence will be documented. A cleaning fee of at least $250 per night will be charged if smoking is detected. This fee is the guest’s responsibility; we assume no liability. Please use designated smoking areas. 17. Pets and animals are strictly prohibited on all tours. Special Reminders 1. When flying, always fasten your seatbelt to ensure safety during turbulence. 4. Please arrive at the pickup location early. Pickup and drop-off times are approximate. Delays may occur due to special circumstances such as weather, road construction, strikes, road closures, or vehicle issues—your understanding is appreciated. The order and content of the itinerary may be adjusted based on your departure time; please follow the guide’s arrangements on the day of the tour. 5. Unless otherwise specified, all hotel rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited and will incur a penalty of $300 or more (subject to hotel policy), which the guest must bear. We assume no responsibility. Always lock your door with the safety latch; never dry clothes over lamps; exit immediately via emergency exits if the alarm sounds. Each room is equipped with one or two beds; for triple or quad occupancy requiring extra beds, please consult hotel front desk directly. Bring personal medications such as stomach medicine, cold medicine, motion sickness pills, and habitual prescriptions. 7. Tour prices may be adjusted during holidays such as Christmas, New Year, Independence Day, Labor Day, or long weekends. Please confirm in advance before booking. 8. Spring and summer: wear light clothing and comfortable shoes. Fall and winter: dress warmly with heavy clothing and insulated footwear. 9.
