We are seeking an HVAC Technician to join our team. This job is for the Sioux City, Iowa area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, with the ability to build, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. About the Role: In this role, you will take charge of overseeing and directing all stages of large-scale construction projects, from the initial planning phase right through to project completion. You will be responsible for coordinating various project activities, tackling construction-related challenges, and ensuring that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Review pre-construction documents and provide feedback to designers as needed. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and client stakeholders. Coordinate with public agencies and the public sector client to ensure compliance and resolve issues. Monitor project budgets and schedules to meet client quality standards; ensure budgets reflect actual progress. Manage contractor activities, review schedules and submittals, and respond to RFIs/RFCs. Review contractor substitutions for compliance with specifications and client requirements. Negotiate change orders, review potential schedule impacts, and ensure fair pricing. Oversee payment processes for contractors, architects, and engineers. Administer provisions of professional service agreements between architects and the client. Coordinate delivery of fixtures, furniture, and equipment. Manage project close-out, including certification and financial close-out. Ensure compliance with safety and OSHA regulations (OSHA 30 minimum preferred). Other related duties as assigned. Requirements 10 to 15 years of full-time experience in Construction or a combination of Project and Construction Management of Commercial or Public/Educational Facility Construction with 3-5 years of full responsibility managing projects with construction values between $10M – $20M.
