Now Hiring: Experienced Dental Assistant – Join Our Pediatric Dental Team! (MUST BE EXPERIENCED) About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our growing pediatric team. You will work closely with the dentist to provide outstanding care to our young patients — creating a safe, comfortable, and fun environment! (MUST BE EXPERIENCED) Key Duties: Assist the dentist during procedures (prepare instruments, materials, equipment) Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays) Sterilize and prepare instruments and operatories Provide chairside assistance during treatments Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-op care Perform basic lab tasks (pour impressions, trim models) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment Adhere to infection control protocols and HIPAA regulations Help schedule appointments and manage patient flow Requirements (MUST HAVE): ✅ Customer service skills ✅ High school diploma or equivalent ✅ Completion of accredited Dental Assistant program ✅ Current CPR certification ✅ Knowledge of dental anatomy, terminology, and procedures ✅ Proficient in dental software systems (for documentation) ✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills ✅ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment ✅ Commitment to patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance) Position Details: Schedule: Monday to Friday (No weekends!)
