The Pastry Assistant will support in the preparation, production, and packaging of cakes and baked goods. Assist pastry chefs in preparing doughs, batters, fillings, and decorations. Safely and efficiently operate basic bakery equipment (mixers, ovens, scales, etc.). Portion, shape, and decorate cakes according to instructions. Ensure products meet company quality and presentation standards. Keep work area clean and organized. Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
