Video Editor Needed – $7,500/Month (Pressure Media, DMV)

Pressure Media is a cannabis content company in D.C., producing interviews, podcasts, lifestyle visuals, and branded content. We’re small but ambitious, and we’re building a team that can shape the voice and look of cannabis culture on screen. We’re hiring a Video Editor who can turn raw footage into content people actually want to watch—fast, clean, and creative. From long-form interviews to short social clips, you’ll be responsible for giving our content its final polish. Responsibilities: - Edit raw footage into polished final cuts (interviews, events, branded content) - Sync audio/video, color-correct, and balance sound - Add graphics, captions, and branding as needed - Create different versions for long-form and short-form content - Collaborate with cameramen + host to shape content flow - Manage multiple projects while hitting deadlines - Stay fresh with editing trends and styles What We’re Looking For: - Skilled with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve - Experience editing podcasts, interviews, or lifestyle content - Strong sense of pacing and storytelling - Bonus if you know motion graphics, text overlays, or sound design - Fast worker with high attention to quality - Reliable, consistent, team-oriented Compensation: - $7,500 per month (full-time role) How to Apply: - Your name + contact info - A short intro about your editing background and style - Links to your portfolio/sample edits Location: Washington, D.C.
