No prior insurance experience is required. Upon receiving a conditional job offer, applicants will be required to obtain a state-issued Life Insurance License in their residential state. We provide training, guidance, and support throughout the licensing process. Responsibilities Consult with clients (virtually or by phone) to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions. Educate clients on available products, riders, and policies to help them make informed decisions. Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and follow-up. Manage your own schedule and meet sales/production goals. Stay informed on industry trends, compliance standards, and product updates. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Strong motivation, self-discipline, and a desire to succeed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a remote/virtual environment. Ability to pass your state’s Life Insurance Licensing Exam (study support provided).
