Use Pro-core and Blue Beam software for project management and PDF handling. Efficiently write and respond to emails, and communicate effectively with sub-contractors. Read and interpret schedules, ASIs, and RFIs. Track extras and work orders accurately. Initially work under another foreman and transition to a true foreman role as projects increase.
