We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Post-Construction Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing newly constructed or renovated buildings for occupancy in the Tampa area. Key Responsibilities: Perform rough cleans, final cleans, and touch-up cleans of newly built or renovated structures, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Remove construction debris, dust, adhesive residue, paint splatter, and other post-construction materials. Clean all surfaces including walls, ceilings, floors, windows, fixtures, and appliances. Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors; polish surfaces as needed. Wash and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens. Ensure all areas meet cleanliness and quality standards before handoff to clients or occupants. Safely handle and store cleaning supplies and equipment. Report any damage or safety issues to supervisors. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
