WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE Accountabilities:  Review event equipment checklist to ensure accuracy of event orders  Loading / unloading of event equipment + décor  Manage incoming shipments/orders  Event load checker – secondary support to dock lead  Follow daily to-do lists - managing events in and out of atr, loading/unloading, gassing of fleet, daily tasks, etc  Participate in quarterly inventory of equipment + decor  Driver/ handle runs; ensure any additional, missed or replacement equipment needs make it to the event in a safe and timely manner  Assist in training of new recruits and contractors  Oversee standards + safety measures are followed  In support of warehouse department manager  Communicate daily operations to warehouse department manager  Responder in inclement weather and with coordination of employee transportation  Equipment par management support  Attend annual service training meeting Qualifications • Must have valid Georgia State driver’s license • Must pass background test • Be able to work in a respectful and collaborative environment Working Conditions and Hours • Hours include days/ evenings/ weekends and some holidays • Average work week expected to be 35+ plus hours Pay Rate • This position is paid at a rate of $18.00 per hour, and $27.00 per hour for overtime beyond 40 hours. • The program is based on an average schedule of 35 + hours work weeks with a daily unpaid 30-minute break, and two (2) 15-minute paid breaks, netting payment for up to 37.5 hours a week, with an average of 30 hours per week.

OPERATIONS Ensure adequate inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying the supervisor when supplies are needed. Ensure that equipment, tools, supplies, and vehicles are properly used, maintained, and stored. Conduct preventative maintenance on tools and equipment as assigned. CUSTOMER SERVICE & COMMUNICATION Listen and respond to the needs of residents and staff members, escalating communication as necessary to a supervisor. Willingly and consistently share observations and insights of departmental operations that may improve quality and efficiencies of the department. Attend all-employee and departmental meetings and in-service training as directed. Update the Service Manager with status of work and communicate any potential liabilities including damage to grounds, facilities, supplies or equipment. COMPLIANCE & SAFETY Perform duties in accordance with all safety and OSHA requirements. Ensure that policies and procedures as well as safety and compliance expectations are met. WHAT YOULL NEED ON DAY ONE: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of one year of previous experience as a Groundskeeper or similar function is preferred. Ability to speak and understand English. General computer knowledge. Knowledge of and ability to use grounds tools and equipment. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently. Valid driver's license may be required.
