Inspect, diagnose, and resolve minor issues across building interiors and exteriors—roof, walls, ceilings, flooring, doors, fixtures, etc. Assist with basic equipment maintenance, including commercial-grade appliances and systems found in shared-use areas. Support building cleanliness and safety through routine checks of fire exits, alarms, emergency lighting, and security features. Maintain service logs, tool inventory, and supply records with accuracy and detail. Collaborate with contractors and vendors for specialized projects or repairs. Follow OSHA and company safety protocols at all times. Participate in an emergency on-call rotation for after-hours repairs. Willingness to develop skills in specific systems as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school a plus. 2+ years of commercial maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
