QUALIFICATIONS Proven work experience as a Maintenance Supervisor - 2+ years. HVAC Certification. Experience with A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair. Working knowledge of industry standards and regulations. Strong written, verbal and presentation skills; effective communicator. Ability to read/write in English and to understand directives both orally and in writing. Detail oriented and ability to multi-task is required. Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license. Work hours are scheduled around the requirements of the property and are subject to change as needed.
