Additional tasks or duties that may be assigned as required to facilitate the efficient management of the property. Experience is helpful but not necessary. The position is part time and takes about 2 hours per day. The compensation is a 2 bedroom apartment (which has wood flooring, stainless steel appliances and washer/dryer in unit), garage parking, storage, water/sewer/garbage plus $200 per month to start. We are looking for someone long term (not just for a year or two).
