Property Management is seeking an Onsite Property Manager / onsite team with a minimum of three years of experience. The ideal candidate will be computer literate, possess exceptional customer service, people skills and be fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). Among the core responsibilities, the candidate should have hands-on, experience with AppFolio and leasing processes. Key qualifications and responsibilities: *Minimum 3 years of property management experience, with a proven track record in on-site operations. *Proficiency in computer applications relevant to property management; strong working knowledge of AppFolio. *Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills\n- Fluency in English required; additional languages are advantageous. - Leasing experience and demonstrated ability to manage leasing workflows. - Experience preparing and issuing notices including 3-day Notices, 24-hour notices and other regulatory communications. -Ability to enforce lease terms and community rules, including rent collection, parking restrictions, pet policies, and house rules. - Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to manage diverse resident needs in a professional manner. *Capable of performing light maintenance. - Compensation:Compensation is commensurate with experience. *Please send your resume Dear Applicant, Thank you for your interest in joining our team.
