You will be trained in every aspect of our business expansion and you will become an expert in selling and training others to sell all our products and services. Where do you fit in? We are looking for Sales/Branch Manager Trainees to expand our already rapidly growing company. RJS Roofing & Construction plans to open 7 new branches around the Atlanta metropolitan area in the next 6 months, and we need you (if you are a great listener, and highly motivated person) to help us move forward as quickly as possible. To be successful in this role, you must have a great attitude and a strong work ethic. You will be trained from day one to become a branch manager in 3 to 5 months. This training will be comprehensive and require you to meet and exceed expectations from day one. During your training you will be making an average of $750-$1500/week with our Salary/Commission/Bonus structure. You will be challenged on a daily basis to become the leader you know you can be! Once you are trained, you will be able to hire, train, and maintain an elite sales force, order materials, schedule crews, and much more. Once you are promoted to Sales Manager, you will make $100,000 - $250,000 per year. As a Sales/Branch Manager trainee, you will have to be okay with making an average of $750-$1500/week during your 3-5 months of training. Remember, on the other side of your hard work during training which will last less than 6 months, is a guarantee of 6 figure income, with a vast array of bonuses and incentives that will put you in an elite position financially, and provide you a rewarding career with a great company!
