We also do minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and duct work--just about anything that needs to be done in a crawlspace. We supply all tools and materials. You will be placed on a two or three man crew and will have supervision and training for the first 6 months. You must have transportation, and we pay 63 cents a mile for local work travel. Depending on skill level, pay starts at $20-$22 per hour. We also offer medical insurance matching, paid vacation, and a generous bonus structure. We work hard 9+ hours a day, 4 days a week so we can enjoy our long 3 day weekends. We pay time-and-a-half for overtime, and if you can self manage there is always work to be done.
