This position is a DOD Skillbridge Internship with the potential opportunity to become a full-time position upon completion. You must be active duty military and approved for DOD Skillbridge to be eligible The AFRL/RX Development Support Team’s training program is designed to provide a comprehensive and immersive learning experience for those who are leaving the military and entering the commercial work environment. The program is structured to ensure beneficiaries of the SkillBridge Program develop the necessary skills, increase his/her knowledge, and experience to succeed in his/her role, while contributing to the team's goals and objectives. Provide trainees with a thorough understanding of the AFRL/RX Application & Development Support Team's role and responsibilities Develop the skills and knowledge required to support web applications hosted on the RX Intranet and RX SharePoint Sites Familiarize trainees with the team's tools and technologies, including ColdFusion, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL Introduce trainees to the concepts of process automation and improvement, using ServiceNow and Power Automate Provide trainees with hands-on experience and real-world applications of the skills and knowledge gained throughout the program Prepare trainees to contribute to the team's goals and objectives, and to provide high-quality support to customers and stakeholders Requirements You must be active duty military and eligible for DOD Skillbridge Active secret security clearance Familiarity with computers, including typing, using a mouse, and navigating a Windows or macOS operating system. Basic understanding of programming concepts, such as variables, data types, loops, and control structures. Familiarity with HTML and CSS, including basic syntax, structure, and styling concepts. Familiarity with database concepts, including data modeling, entity relationships, and basic SQL queries. Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and think critically. Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, and work collaboratively with others. Familiarity with basic IT concepts, including networking, security, and software development.

JOB TITLE: Business Systems Analyst (SAP S4HANA HCM Functional Support) LOCATION: Sacramento or San Francisco JOB OPENING #: 6506 OVERVIEW The Judicial Council of California is accepting applications for the position of Business Systems Analyst (BSA) in the Trial Court Administrative Services (TCAS) Center of Excellence Human Resources Payroll System Support (HR PSS) unit of the Branch Accounting and Procurement (BAP) office. The Business Systems Analyst provides system and software maintenance support for the Phoenix SAP system to end users in the Trial Court Administrative Services’ (TCAS) Shared Services Center and the trial courts. This includes support of the Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Benefit Administration, Time Management, and Payroll modules, and Employee Services and Manager Services Fiori applications, for twenty courts currently utilizing the HR Payroll services. The Phoenix SAP System was recently upgraded to SAP S4HANA version 2023 with HCM4HANA. The Judicial Council strives for work life balance and includes substantial vacation and holiday time. The Judicial Council The Judicial Council of California is the policymaking body for the state court system and has constitutionally conferred statewide rule-making authority.
