We’re looking for a reliable, organized Front Desk Manager to join our busy salon. This role is the hub of our space—keeping the day flowing smoothly and creating a welcoming experience for every client who walks through the door. Responsibilities include: • Answering phones and managing calls • Booking and confirming appointments • Greeting clients with a professional and friendly attitude • Light cleaning and laundry to maintain a tidy salon environment • Assisting with product and supply inventory management • Supporting stylists with day-to-day needs in the customer experience What we’re looking for: • Strong communication and multitasking skills • Professional, positive attitude • Comfortable with scheduling vagaro software (training provided) • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Compensation: $18/hr If you’re organized, people-friendly, and enjoy keeping a team running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.
