Greetings, This is a two week gig, with potential for continued employment. We will be hosting a few VIP private sector clients who will need logistics handled and their speaking engagements coordinated. We will also need you to keep track of RSVPs by creating an excel sheet and answer inquiries. We will need you to arrive in advance of events at venue before public hours to coordinate staging and catering (etc). This gig that can be done remotely for the week(s) running up to final event on Oct 14, 15 and 16th (where you will be needed to serve as a special assistant). $30/hr 40hrs a week(for 2wks) = $2,400.
