We are seeking a detail-oriented Planner / Compliance Clerk to join our team at Chicago O’Hare. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning the work of lavatory and potable water aircraft service drivers, ensuring smooth daily operations. Occasionally, you may be required to work outside on the tarmac to cover for an absent team member. Previous airport operations experience or dispatcher experience required Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate daily work for lavatory and potable water service drivers Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while communicating effectively via phone and computer Maintain records and reports using MS Office, with an emphasis on advanced Excel skills Schedule Options: 2nd Shift: Wednesday & Thursday off Friday–Tuesday: 1:15 PM – 9:45 PM OR Split Shift: Sunday–Tuesday: 4:45 AM – 1:15 PM Wednesday & Thursday: 1:15 PM – 9:45 PM Friday & Saturday off Compensation & Benefits: Starting pay: $21.30/hour + benefits Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Paid time off Qualifications: Strong multitasking and organizational skills Proficiency with phone, computer, and MS Office, especially Excel Ability to occasionally work outdoors on the tarmac Previous airport operations experience a plus

Must be good on the phone, enjoy talking with people, have strong organizational skills, be a quick learner, and have strong aptitude at math. For the calls, I will train on the offering, background knowledge, script, and usual questions. There is no commission-based component to this offer.
