The Qualified Candidate will have customer service and experience working Venues hosting Quinceneras and weddings. Qualifications (Please Review) * Proficiency in both Spanish and English is required. * Maintain impeccable personal hygiene. * Possess reliable transportation. * A duty belt is mandatory. * Uniforms must be presented in excellent condition. * Proactive engagement is essential. * Personal phone usage is prohibited while on duty. * Ability to travel within a 20 to 50-mile radius is necessary. * A Class A uniform or company polo will be required for the events Responsibilities * Ensure the safety and security of employees and the establishment. * Maintain a high level of situational awareness and proactively address safety concerns. * Enforce all venue regulations. * Provide exceptional customer service. * Adhere to scheduled work times. * Conduct regular patrols of both interior and exterior property to maintain visibility and deter potential issues. * Strictly enforce venue rules. * Identify and address the presence of unauthorized individuals. * Prevent underage drinking.
