Apply Here: https://recruiting.paylocity.com/Recruiting/Jobs/Details/3469950 We have 4 main shifts, working 12-hours on a rotating 4-3-3-4 A shift - 7am - 7pm Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and every other Tuesday B shift - 7pm - 7am Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and every other Tuesday C shift - 7am - 7pm Saturday, Sunday, Monday and every other Tuesday A shift - 7pm - 7am Saturday, Sunday, Monday and every other Tuesday You can also work a 6-hours shift, part-time schedule during one of these shifts from 7am-1pm, 1pm-7pm, 7pm-1am, or 1am-7am The Picker is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing materials or products for processing or shipment using an RF scanner in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment. This role is essential to ensuring operational efficiency and timely fulfillment of production or customer orders. • Pick products using an RF scanner according to pick tickets, work orders, or inventory lists • Ensure accurate order fulfillment, including quantity, quality, and item verification • Prepare and stage materials for production lines or outbound shipment • Maintain clean, organized picking zones and follow all safety protocols • Perform repetitive motions and stand/walk continuously during the assigned shift • Communicate clearly with team leads or supervisors regarding stock levels, discrepancies, or workflow issues • Follow all written and verbal instructions and standard operating procedures Minimum Qualifications • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Manufacturing or Production environment using an RF scanner • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under time constraints • Good verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal directions • Physically able to lift 30–50 pounds regularly • Ability to stand and walk for 6 to 11.5 hours per shift • Ability to perform repetitive upper body and arm movements • Excellent attendance record and willingness to work overtime, including weekends, based on business needs
