$400 (probably double = read to the end*) for an outdoor, hard labor, 1-to-2 day job in a quiet RV/trailer park: I am a fairly new widow left with too much “stuff” in our trailer space. I have tried to take as much as possible to the trash bin, but I need someone to COMPLETELY clean out MORE than just an area inside a 6 ½ feet X 8 feet three-wall porch (except the upright, functioning freezer): This job includes ALSO sorting through (however much or little you want to) boxes and rubble outside of the 3-wall porch area. Plus, removing a large water tank (?), a long step ladder, a non-functioning horizontal refrigerator that is lying down behind my “Coachmen” trailer, and a large cooler. EVERYTHING that you clean out, especially tools or vehicle accessories – ANYTHING – please legally dump or recycle as “scrap” or keep for yourself. On the side porch are 3 solar panels in flat boxes, 2 propane tanks (filled-level unknown), a big heavy pail of ‘whatever’, a propane space heater, a non-functioning freezer (29” deep X 21” wide X 37” tall), an outdoor grill, and a large black trash bin with a very small amount of yard trash inside. Next, *IF it is obvious that you can do a great job of cleaning out and hauling away LOTS of “stuff” in one day, yet some still remains, I will pay you $400 more when you finish the work another day.
