Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and assess their service needs. Advise customers on the necessary automotive services and repairs. Provide accurate estimates of time and cost for all services. Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs. Keep customers informed about their vehicle's status throughout the service process. Maintain detailed records of services provided and customer interactions. Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently. Promote additional services and products to enhance the customer experience.
