Set on approximately 0.2 acres that we've turned into a mini-farm, you can watch our beautiful chickens who scavenge, sunbathe, and siesta under one of our 30+ organic fruit trees and half a dozen raised beds, filled with organic veggies and leafy greens). Exceptions are considered. If approved, pup rent is $500. Additional security deposit with a fur baby. -**RENT/SECURITY DEPOSIT** $5,700 per month (if less than 12 mos) $4,900/month if 12 mos or longer) for double-person occupancy (Also available on a weekly basis $2200/wk) -Utilities: $275/mo for single-occupancy; it's $400/month for double occupancy (may be more during Nov-March and July-Sept or if anyone works from home) -Non-refundable Cleaning fee $300 (if your stay is longer than 3 months, it will be between $400-500, depending on length of stay and number of occupants) -First month's rent plus $6,500 security deposit required for move-in. -Pup rent $500 for the duration of your stay, or $200/mo, whichever is more. -Security deposit with fur baby is $7,000 (weight limit 20lb; exceptions may be made on individual basis) If approved for a stay for longer than one month, last month's rent will also be required at move-in. -No application fee Just 3 RULES--sorry no exceptions 1) NO wearing shoes inside the house. 2) NO wearing your white coat or scrubs that you wore in the hospital/clinic which harbor all kinds of MDR-organisms like MRSA, C diff., VRE, etc. 3) NO smoking of any kind (tob, vaping, marijuana), burning candles, or using illicit substances anywhere inside the house or on the premises.
