Project Manager / Studio Manager Salary: $65,000/year — Reduced full-time (32 hrs/week, flexible 4-day schedule) Location: Los Angeles (in-person preferred, hybrid possible) We’re Paralo (puh-RAH-lo), a small but ambitious creative studio in Los Angeles. We build worlds through branding and creative production, helping ambitious ideas take shape and thrive. We’re looking for a project manager who’s as comfortable with timelines and task lists as they are with client conversations and the daily rhythm of a studio. Role Description This is a reduced full-time role (32 hrs/week) based in Los Angeles, CA. The Project Manager / Studio Manager will oversee day-to-day project operations, support the Creative Director, and help manage the flow of the studio. Responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, managing client communication, supporting new business, and ensuring the studio runs smoothly for both client work and in-house events. Day-to-day Tasks Manage project timelines and deliverables for our clients Partner with the Creative Director to run meetings and follow-ups with clients Help manage new business inquiries and meetings Read briefs and turn them into ready-to-go task lists (sometimes templates) in Google Docs and Figma for the team (copywriter, creative director, designers) Manage the daily operations of the studio — including client communication for rentals and orchestrating in-house events Work daily in Asana, Figma, Google Suite, and time tracking tools Qualifications Agency or creative studio experience is preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Project management skills to coordinate timelines and deliverables Experience with project management software (Asana, Monday, etc.) A proactive, positive attitude — we’re a small and growing studio, so flexibility is key The offer $65,000/year (32 hrs/week, reduced full-time, flexible 4-day schedule) In-studio required for the first month, then potential to move to a hybrid schedule (our studio is located in Koreatown, Los Angeles) 3-month provisional hire with the opportunity to expand to 40 hrs/week and a higher salary (equivalent to ~$85K in 2026) Upward mobility as the studio grows — an opportunity to shape how Paralo operates long-term

The Common Market Great Lakes, a mission-driven distributor of local foods to the Great Lakes area, seeks a local, part-time Photographer.
