Clean well groomed I take care of myself and the home and I expect the same. I don't have a lot of guest this is a very quiet neighborhood. Perfect spot if you need a place until you can get yourself situated. Must be trustworthy and clean. Property does have security and cameras. Bedroom does not have bed but I do have 2 cots if needed.
